Tap and take a deep breath in and out on each hand tapping point while saying this amazing thought out loud from Louise Hays I Can Do It 2019 Calendar:
“I see abundance radiating all around me. I now live in limitless
love, light and joy”
Deep self-limiting beliefs play a big part in low confidence, self-belief and self-esteem.
We have laser focus on many failures and beliefs but what if we challenge them when we hear a negative thought come up.

Lets choose to challenge harmful thoughts, follow my savvy ideas and build my self-belief.
Let’s wear green to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow and be on the lookout for four leaf clovers this weekend.
There were signs of spring coming this weekend when I was at Kennedy School with my Hubby. It was great to see and added to my joy!
Let's look for signs of spring and additional joy!

Tap a long with simplified tapping on anger video. If you need to tap on another feeling say that feeling instead.
While on line I found a comment about confidence. Another word that was used for it was self-belief. It’s been on my mind for a while. I knew I wanted to take some time to explore this. Here’s a definition of it:
“Self-belief is that positive feeling you have inside that you are capable of anything. You feel empowered, confident and fueled with virility in the face of challenges and problems.” From a blog on Mindvalley.com called: 5 Positive Things That Can Happen If You Have Self-Belief on January 15, 2018
What if we can cultivate our self-belief and help ourselves move forward on our journey by looking for optimistic evidence to support it.
Let’s look for optimistic evidence and build our self-belief.

It’s International Women’s Day! Let’s remember the strong women that have touched our lives in different ways.
To name a few for my life are:
My Mom who started working in a world that didn’t allow women to wear pants. With time and strong women that changed and she wore slacks with pride every day to work.
The Three Helen's that have touched my life:
My Grandma (Helen) she worked in her husbands pharmacy helping him when needed.
One of my Mom- Friends and a dear friends Mom - Helen who worked in the business world forming the road for other generations of women to succeed in an office, in management and beyond.
Helen McConnell for walking the road before me with tapping and new areas to use it in.
Thank you, ladies, for your strength and inspiration to create my own road and a big shout out to men that were and are open to balance.
Better the balance better the world. #BalanceForBetter

Miracles happen, I witnessed more than one recently.
As some of you know I live in Oregon and it’s often gray and rainy during the winter months. On my birthday I wanted to see some sun, blue sky and the beach. There was rain of course, LOL, and snow, sun and blue sky too. We arrived at the beach just in time to be a part of the eye of a storm.
It was a beautiful birthday with miracles and joys.
Listed on February 4th of Louise Hay I can Do It 2019 Calendar was:
“I forgive myself for not being perfect. I am living the very best way I know how.”
I loved this! Let's forgive ourselves of our imperfection and love ourselves as we are.

Learning something can feel complicated until we get used to it, tapping can seem this way at first. The tapping charts are great but seeing each point with a picture could make this easier. Here’s a new tapping sheet I created for this.
Tapping is easy and can transform lives.
