Some of the best advice for parents I heard from my mentor Helen McConnell was something like this:
Talk with your child and let them know; when I look or sound stressed or irritated have them tap on the karate chop point (showing you) and they can say to you Hey Mom or Dad do you need to tap?
The kids are tapping and you can too. It’s a great reminder to dial down unwanted emotions and stress. I wish I’d known this when my daughter was young. I am glad we can tap together now when both or one of us need too.

Hello...there is a new round of tapping posted on KD's Tapping Adventure on YouTube. We get borrowed benefits tapping so if you tap on disappointment but you don't feel this way the energy will go where it's needed or you can say the feeling you want to dial down or release it.

Recently I was coming out of one of my backrooms and I noticed my Happy Light was on (sun light) at an unusual time. When I looked down the hall I noticed it wasn’t my light it was the real thing!
It gave me a laugh and it brightened my day to see the actual sun. As I write this it is warming my arm and brightening my room and me!

After struggling to get to the gym the week before and succeeding in going once it has been easier to go. In fact I had the inner messages popping up on Sunday & Monday to go to the gym and I did. It felt great to get in there and do my workouts.
