I was working on a program presentation for TOP’s. While typing some notes on weight loss (release) tips, I thought this would be great to share on my blog! I am a work in progress in this area.

Hey great news I am offering a technique that allows people to ease emotions!
It’s free to the first three people who contact me and it will include three free one hour sessions per person. I am a student becoming certified in this technique and would enjoy guiding you to empower yourself to ease emotions.
A friend let me know I could add their session experience to this post. In this session I guided & empowered friend to improve self-confidence by working through difficult emotions from teen years as a result of a lot of interactions with a parent.
I can feel calmer when using technique before or after driving, close to bed time and around taking an important test.
