"Every Moment presents a wonderful new opportunity to become more of who I am"
My Honey went out of town to visit family over the Holidays. It was disappointing he’d be gone but I was glad he’d have family time and I had Tapping to help with the disappointment. I suggested an early celebration and we had a great time together!
Let’s think outside the box, enjoy the moments and have some fun too!
While clearing out old stuck emotions from life experiences I had with others I noticed relationships changed when I showed up in a more peaceful state.
When we want to create peace start within first and the other can follow.
Take a bit of time to start your day off amazing by writing five reasons why it’s going to be a great day!

What are some adventures you'd like to have in 2018?
A few for me are; join Toastmasters, visit Vegas for the first time and many fun drives with my Honey by my side!
I really want us to start 2018 off in a great place. I think one way to do this is to clear out old stuff by forgiving ourselves and others. Let’s Tap on the point listed and say out loud each phrase:
Karate chop point: I’m sorry ___(name)
Top of head: Please forgive me___(name)
Eye brow point: Thank you___(name)
Side of the eye: I love you___(name)
I want to put this on a card to carry it around with me. When I need it, I have it.
What we focus on is what we bring to our lives.
Let’s choose three positive words to carry with ourselves through 2018. If you want suggestions ask your friends and family and pick the ones you love!
2018 is coming let’s create an amazing year!

I love this message from the book: "I Like Myself!" from the author Karen Beaumont. I'm glad there are books out there like this for kids. Adults need to like, accept and love them selves too. Here is a practice that can help with this:

In my place I enjoy having positive sayings around. Louise Hay and Robert Holden have a deck of cards called Life Loves You. These caught my eye because they are attractive and have great sayings. There are 52 of them to pick from and there is a description on the back of the card to give more ideas of what it’s about. One I have up says:
“I open my mind and say YES to life”
Let’s be open to life adventures by building a life we love.

It makes me smile when I see this picture of On The Road Coffee Co business, inside a VW Bug. I drove VW bugs for years. Mom and I even moved me using our Bugs. This is a Bug business I'd like to visit! Check out On The Road Coffee Co Facebook page:
Let’s celebrate all we did this week - little too big - it all counts!
Way to go!
The year has flown by and I have projects I want to finish still. Some have more priority and others will become 2018 projects. Are there any loose ends you want to finish up before the end of the year? Let’s give ourselves permission to select what we are going to do and choose some steps towards completing them.
It can feel great to pick and choose what really needs to get done and have a plan to move forward on them.
