It’s almost time to start a 2019 joy jar. If you had a joy, gratitude or other jar take time to look at some you put in and read them. For those that haven’t done this:

What do you want to focus on in 2019, do you want to:
I want my business, healthier choices and self-care to continue to grow.
If you could do anything you wanted on your Holiday what would it be?
What is your joy energy number, choose between: -7 to +7 & beyond
Take a few deep breaths and say: I want more Joy energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say: More Joy energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture above. After the last point take a few deep breaths and check your number repeat this until your number is where you want it.

When time has passed sometimes we can identify new things and find compassion. This can release the emotional charge so it can be released.
