This is a great reminder to be kind and easygoing with others; we don’t know what is going on below the surface.
When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.

Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra goal success energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say; extra goal success energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping!

Some of the best advice for parents I heard from my mentor Helen McConnell was something like this:
Talk with your child and let them know; when I look or sound stressed or irritated have them tap on the karate chop point (showing you) and they can say to you Hey Mom or Dad do you need to tap?
The kids are tapping and you can too. It’s a great reminder to dial down unwanted emotions and stress. I wish I’d known this when my daughter was young. I am glad we can tap together now when both or one of us need too.
