Wow this reminds me of my childhood. My family was called the VW Bug family and we also had a few buses too!
Look what's in the works!
A few years back I heard about Fiverr. It's a place to purchase different products and services. Many of them are only $5.
Here's my first Fiverr Gig on 3 Keys to Bust Cravings.
I love that EFT is helping VETs, learn more about it:
Do you know people who struggle with getting to appointments, social unease, disorganization; these can be signs of executive function difficulties? With a family member with autism these struggles sound familiar although to some they could be new.
You might be surprised by the people that do, here’s a great article about it.
This is a great reminder to be kind and easygoing with others; we don’t know what is going on below the surface.

After struggling to get to the gym the week before and succeeding in going once it has been easier to go. In fact I had the inner messages popping up on Sunday & Monday to go to the gym and I did. It felt great to get in there and do my workouts.
Let’s listen to those inner messages that are saying to get up and go for it!
Last week I was struggling to go to the gym after my cold had dialed down. I did get there once and that felt great!

As part of my journey to be me I joined Toastmasters to gain more confidence and skill with public speaking. One of my boxes I put myself in is I couldn’t speak publicly. This was an old story I was telling myself from a past experience from childhood. The funny thing is since that experience I’ve done presentations, took and passed a college speech class and even run some workshops but I kept telling myself the old story that I couldn’t speak publicly.
Recently I gave my first speech at Toastmasters. I was nervous and shaking but I did it! I plan to keep working on this until I feel more comfortable speaking. This will help me break free of this box and continue to spread my wings to be free to be me.
Getting ready to go to the gym and making sure I had moved all my necessities in my small wallet was a chore and it would give me more excuses not to go.
I didn’t listen to them but I still wanted it to be easier. I bought a lock so I could toss my stuff in a locker and go workout. Today I used my lock for the first time and it was great to grab my regular purse and head out the door.
Let’s remember to keep things simple and keep moving forward on our intentions one step at a time.
The other day I wanted to get out of my place and do something. Often that might include a run to get coffee or something else. This time I wanted to go to the gym. I didn’t wait around to long for the many excuses not to go to run through my mind. I went, had a fun time and went home ready to jump into the rest of my day!
Let’s take breaks and do some great self-care. We are worth it!
Getting the word out on Tapping for kids is important to me and sharing it with people with autism even more.

Let’s spread the word about Tapping! Pass this on to parents and others that have a person with autism in their life. Tapping can change lives!
When I brought up a gym membership with my Honey we talked about using it. This has happened to me before where I’d sign up and slowly stop going. This time we decided to:
Let’s be open to creating a new habit that is a great addition to our lives.
It’s heading the end of the year and I am wondering what were some great adventures, fun and/or play you did this year?
A few for me are; a train trip to sunny California, adventure on eclipse day and many enjoyable rides with my Honey.
