When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.
Here’s a short tapping using points on the hand and fingers. This is inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points below marked by lotuses
Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra goal success energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say; extra goal success energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping!

Have you ever had people in your life that wanted to put you in a box of their choice? This is who I expect you to be but it wasn’t you.
I have had this at times in my life and I wanted to break free to be me but what was that? I didn’t know. I am still growing and learning about me and it sure feel great to let go of other people’s box walls and explore me.
Let’s be open to learning and being ourselves.
Let’s trust ourselves and continue moving towards our aspirations (dreams or goals). We can do it!

This week I visited a Toastmasters meeting. This is a miracle for me because the only close meeting is at 6:30 a.m. It felt great to go and I think I will be a visitor again and thinking about joining.

Sometimes we are so busy we don’t take time to reflect on all the great we did in our week.
