Let’s celebrate all we did this week - little too big - it all counts!
Way to go!
The year has flown by and I have projects I want to finish still. Some have more priority and others will become 2018 projects. Are there any loose ends you want to finish up before the end of the year? Let’s give ourselves permission to select what we are going to do and choose some steps towards completing them.
It can feel great to pick and choose what really needs to get done and have a plan to move forward on them.
What is one or more, small to big, action you feel great about this week?
Let’s celebrate with a pat on the back,a self hug or a happy dance (mine is often in my office chair)! When we take time to acknowledge our success it's energizing.
Let’s check in with ourselves today and decide what we want to accomplish this week. Now come up with four small, simple, actionable steps towards them.
Today I was reading in the *September 2017 Prevention magazine a great list of food that beats prolonged inflammation. The article Good Food Eat to Beat Inflammation by Perri Ormont Blumberg writes about the long term effects of chronic inflammation and how antioxidants can help with this. Here are my favorite two mentioned foods: "Spinach" & "Pineapple"*.
Let’s take care of our bodies by fueling it well.

School will be starting before we know it. I went back to college to update my skills a while back. Somethings that can help with college success are:
Let’s tap into resources when we need them and be open to learn and grow.
When I’ve thought and wrote about my power it was about standing in it with people.
Today I saw this quote “An excuse is nothing but a challenge that you’ve given your power to.” From: You Are A Badass At Making Money, By Jen Sincero. Wow, this was a big aha moment! Standing in my power can be with others and more.
Let’s stand in our power. We are worth it!
Pt 2 of Standing in my power
Sometimes we can have resistance and fear on working on our goal but if we break down the next step into very small steps we can move past the resistance and fear one very small step at a time.
One of my dreams is to create an on line Tapping group that can help people lose weight so they feel more confident and delighted when they look in the mirror. It’s here and it feels fantastic to have it setup. It’s going to be once a month in the evening and it includes
This spring and summer seems to be time to focus on finances and what some of the old messages are and self-sabotage that is holding me back from financial bliss and peace.
Let us be:

When looking for an article to post about passion and joy I came across this one. It really spoke to me.
When we tap into our passions and purpose we connect with inner joy.
Think of something you did this week that you felt great about and celebrate it and give yourself a high five! This week I started a Meetup group with a couple of lovely, gifted ladies.

Have you ever experienced a time when you were really impressed with a person or what they did but when you do something remarkable it’s pulled apart to see how it could be improved.
Let’s look at experiences as if someone else did it and see if the impression changes. It could be surprising what we see.
Pick one thing you want to move forward in, personal or professional:
Recently, I was tapping as a practice client for a future EFT Practitioner; while she was leading the tapping “I choose my destiny” came to me. This has helped me remember my destiny for my weight choice so I didn’t grab those impulse foods when they called to me. I went home and enjoyed what I had originally planned to eat. It feels good to choose my destiny that is in line with my lifestyle choices.
Find what works for you and love the feel of empowerment to succeed and inspiration to meet your dreams, goals and lifestyle choices.
My Honey and I have a joint bucket list that we add too when we see or think of something we both want to do together. It’s great to see the fun and progress and look forward to other adventures.
Start a bucket list or dust off an existing one. Check things off, add new ideas small too big and enjoy the adventures!
Yesterday I had my list in front of me and I got some things done.
It feels marvelous to check something(s) off my to-do list.
If you have somethings you’ve been wanting to get done or if you have a to-do list, work on something or complete one to a few things on it and feel great and celebrate the accomplishment.
My mentor is amazing she knows when I need a push to get going so she gave me a call to action. It’s time to tap, put on my big girl pants again and go for it! Today I accomplished three things towards my goal.
We can have things we put off because of fear or other uncomfortable feelings and sometimes we just need to take action. We can dial down fear with tapping and create a plan of action towards our goals or projects by:
Let's check in with our self and when we have something we need to take action on create the first few small steps towards a project or goal and go for it! It feels good to move forward on them even when it's stretching outside our comfort zone.
