Hello...there is a new round of tapping posted on KD's Tapping Adventure on YouTube. We get borrowed benefits tapping so if you tap on disappointment but you don't feel this way the energy will go where it's needed or you can say the feeling you want to dial down or release it.

Sometimes we need a break and don’t even realize it. My Honey treated me to beach trip fun. We went to new places and we had some adventures too. It’s been a busy few months and there is more to come. I was glad to have a break and ready to jump back in with more energy for 2018.
Let’s remember to take some needed breaks, get a breather and come back more energized.
I really want us to start 2018 off in a great place. I think one way to do this is to clear out old stuff by forgiving ourselves and others. Let’s Tap on the point listed and say out loud each phrase:
Karate chop point: I’m sorry ___(name)
Top of head: Please forgive me___(name)
Eye brow point: Thank you___(name)
Side of the eye: I love you___(name)
I want to put this on a card to carry it around with me. When I need it, I have it.

Let’s take time in our day to slow down, honor our body and focus on our breathing.
A hug can bring happiness our self and others. Give someone a hug today and share some happiness.
