We’ve been having some very hot days in the Portland Oregon area. It’s important to keep our hydration up especially on hot days. Let’s be mindful of our water intake and give our bodies the care it deserves
The self-care ideas that you thought or wrote about from Monday pick some and add them to your calendar.
When we put them on the calendar with reminders it can encourage us to do them.
Write or think about ways you are open to do self-care in your week.
Examples; more sleep, yoga, tapping
Sometimes we need to delegate tasks. Let’s be open to delegating when possible.
Are there any self-care areas you want to change or add?
Recently I noticed I haven’t been doing as much self-care for my body. I need to change this. I took one off the calendar I wasn’t doing and added ones that I am open to doing. I decided to have some reminders for these on my calendar.
I use to do yoga daily and I want to bring it back into my life again. It felt great doing it and my body was happier too.
Recently I was feeling pulled in many directions. While chatting with a friend it came to me that I need to focus on certain areas at this time. I can pick up and do the other things as my schedule opens up.
What are some ways you can nourish your body this week?
Have you had some messages like I need to eat more salads or veggies or take time to breathe deeply daily? Free write about this.
Come up with some ideas and go for it!

As I was walking the other day I was enjoying the warm feeling of the sun on my face. I miss it in the winter months. Then I realized I can create a visualization of the sun on my face and enjoy it any time. Especially on gray days and I plan to hold point while doing it.
Let’s visualize what we need and enjoy it any time.

Let's take time for ourselves!
When we find ourselves feeling nervous or edgy this could be a sign that we are thinking of future events and it’s time to bring our mind back to the present. Some ideas on focusing are:
