Recently I was feeling pulled in many directions. While chatting with a friend it came to me that I need to focus on certain areas at this time. I can pick up and do the other things as my schedule opens up.

As I was walking the other day I was enjoying the warm feeling of the sun on my face. I miss it in the winter months. Then I realized I can create a visualization of the sun on my face and enjoy it any time. Especially on gray days and I plan to hold point while doing it.

When we find ourselves feeling nervous or edgy this could be a sign that we are thinking of future events and it’s time to bring our mind back to the present. Some ideas on focusing are:

Start tapping on thumb point and say; calm energy

Hello...there is a new round of tapping posted on KD's Tapping Adventure on YouTube. We get borrowed benefits tapping so if you tap on disappointment but you don't feel this way the energy will go where it's needed or you can say the feeling you want to dial down or release it.
