Sometimes we need some extra calm. Here’s a short tapping using points on the hand and fingers. This is inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points to left marked by lotuses
Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra calm energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say; calm energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping! If you want to continue repeat the steps and go for it.
