There was a quote on Facebook about acknowledging others feelings. I’ve had times in my life that I needed that but I didn’t know it at the time.
There have been times I’ve been on the KD~Kat-wheel (aka brain hamster wheel) mulling a situation over. I need to pull a part some feelings and decide what I needed to do. Now I tap about my discontented feelings and I’m learning to see the signs and ask for what I need. Even if it didn’t change the situation I’d feel better about it.
It felt like I was heard when my feelings were acknowledged.
Let’s remember to speak up kindly when we need this and acknowledge others feelings.
