Let’s be mindful of our schedules and don’t over fill it. If there is a bit of time that is free don’t stuff something else in it. Give yourself breathing space in your schedule. When we are running from one thing to another and our schedules are over full we can be exhausted and often don’t get it all done. This can feel frustrating.
Think about reducing the load so there is plenty of time to get done what’s needed. It feels more peaceful and energizing when we figure out what is a good fit for our self and our body. When we know what we are doing ahead of time then we have time to find other options or figure out how to reduce some of the steps in our busy day by combining errands or delegating a few things to others. This can give us breathing room in our lives and we can be present and enjoy the gifts in them.
Balance in life is so important and that can look very different for each person. When we find the right balance in our life we can have more peace, energy and feel more successes in our lives.
