Sometimes people get stuck when tapping on their own because they don’t know what to say. This happened to me when I first started. I am glad there is an easy fill in the blank Tapping Chart Recipe.
This is inspired by the book: Tiny Buddha’s 365 Tiny Love Challenges by Lori Deschene, page 184
Write down anything on your mind. This can aid in getting it off your mind (hamster wheel). This lets us better enjoy today’s moments.
If you struggle with releasing some of what’s on your mind choose one (from above) each day to tap on to dial down and release them
