What feelings do you want to have more of this year?
Today's writing topic is inspired by Leonie Dawson's, Create Your Amazing Year Workbook (2014) from page 17.
Hello...there is a new round of tapping posted on KD's Tapping Adventure on YouTube. We get borrowed benefits tapping so if you tap on disappointment but you don't feel this way the energy will go where it's needed or you can say the feeling you want to dial down or release it.
Let's remember to tap anytime on anything.
Recently I was coming out of one of my backrooms and I noticed my Happy Light was on (sun light) at an unusual time. When I looked down the hall I noticed it wasn’t my light it was the real thing!
It gave me a laugh and it brightened my day to see the actual sun. As I write this it is warming my arm and brightening my room and me!
Let’s be open to what brings us delight.
After struggling to get to the gym the week before and succeeding in going once it has been easier to go. In fact I had the inner messages popping up on Sunday & Monday to go to the gym and I did. It felt great to get in there and do my workouts.
Let’s listen to those inner messages that are saying to get up and go for it!
This Good New Network article really spoke to me.
Let's look at what really matters and go for it.
Let's release some unwanted emotions and make room for more joy in our lives!

Last week I was struggling to go to the gym after my cold had dialed down. I did get there once and that felt great!
Let’s push through self-sabotage and move forward on our journey.
This tea sounded interesting. I haven't' run across it yet but when I do I'm picking some up and giving it a taste test.
Let's do a taste test on something new and beneficial to ourselves.
Let’s tap today on one of the old stories or boxes we have and release it. Think of one or look at your writing from yesterday and pick one. Rate it between 0 – 10 and look at the tapping chart (if needed) and Tap on Karate chop Point and say this one time:
What are some of the boxes and old stories you put yourself in and tell yourself that hold you back and what are you open to do to kick those box walls down and/or release these?
If you want to change the world start with changing yourself and see the changes unfold around you. Helen McConnell’s book 10 Simple things You Can Do Now can help with this.

I do enjoy watching the birds; especially the cheeky blue jays and wood peckers. Now I have good reason to delight in the experience:
Let's reach out to someone special to you today and see how there doing.
As part of my journey to be me I joined Toastmasters to gain more confidence and skill with public speaking. One of my boxes I put myself in is I couldn’t speak publicly. This was an old story I was telling myself from a past experience from childhood. The funny thing is since that experience I’ve done presentations, took and passed a college speech class and even run some workshops but I kept telling myself the old story that I couldn’t speak publicly.
Recently I gave my first speech at Toastmasters. I was nervous and shaking but I did it! I plan to keep working on this until I feel more comfortable speaking. This will help me break free of this box and continue to spread my wings to be free to be me.
One day I was in a meeting and my neck and wrist was giving me discomfort. The person I was meeting does DoTerra and she offered some and it went away until the next morning.
I loved it and I use it often. If you'd like to learn more click here to go to my DoTerra site.
On my journey to let go of others box walls and exploring me I learned an interesting fact. I have my own box to let go of but I’ve released some and I can continue towards being free to be me.
Let’s release box walls and thoughts that hold us back, embrace ourselves as we are while we continue to grow and break free to be ourselves.
