Are there any self-care areas you want to change or add?
Recently I noticed I haven’t been doing as much self-care for my body. I need to change this. I took one off the calendar I wasn’t doing and added ones that I am open to doing. I decided to have some reminders for these on my calendar.
I use to do yoga daily and I want to bring it back into my life again. It felt great doing it and my body was happier too.
