Check in on number between 0-10 on fear

Even though I feel this fear I love and accept my self as I am
Say this 2 times: Even though I feel this fear I choose to dial it down
Tap on other points and alternate between these reminder phrases:
Take 3 deep breathes in and out, check in on your number if greater than 2 do another round
