What is your focus for growth this year? This can be personal or professional.
Believe in me and money mindset are my choices. By just being open to these I have been pleasantly surprised by how opportunities have started to show up in my life.
Let’s be open to a focus or two for 2019
What do we do when people don’t understand our boundaries and keep pushing on them and it's uncomfortable? The three “H’s” of this are:
a. How many times do I need to repeat boundary?
b. How am I going to respond?
c. How will I handle the situation if person won't stop pushing?
It’s good to know our boundaries, hold them kindly & when needed speak firmly.
What photo's give you a smile, LOL or is cute?
This one gave me a smile and caught my eye because it reminded me of my grandpa. He'd look over
his glasses like this.
If anyone ever tells you your dreams are silly, remember there's a millionaire walking around that invented
the pool noodle.
from Angie Gensler quotes list
Boundaries can be complicated if we don’t learn and understand them.
When I was younger, I would state a boundary and when it was pushed on, I would often fold over like a used paper bag. It took me a long time to really grasp, my boundary is my responsibility to maintain. It got easier with time and it began to feel empowering.
Let’s maintain our boundaries, feel empowered and grow our relationships.

"The easiest thing in the world to be is you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don't let them put you in that position."

What is your favorite travel destination?
Mine is the beach and I’m lucky to be close enough for day trips to the Oregon Coast.
An influence and mentor in my life has been Helen McConnell from Purpose, Prosperity and Happiness. Here’s a video link of her talking about Why Tapping.
She's helped me personally and professionally. Thank you Helen McConnell for you're inspiration, mentoring and expertise.
Having mentors and people we can grow and learn from and with in our lives is a gift.

A favorite tool I use for dialing down stress is tapping. Here’s a link for it.
What is a go to tool for you to dial down stressful situations?
At times I heard Utah wasn’t a pretty place. I’m from Portland, OR and it is beautiful here and so is Utah.
It’s a different kind of beauty. I was drawn by the fields & desert that go on for miles with the majestic snow-capped mountains in the distance.
Experiencing things and places in person can give us a different perspective or view.
On a trip recently, I learned we have at least one autobahn in the USA. I've heard there are more.
We were cruising down the interstate in Idaho going 80 MPH and it was legal!
Wow what a ride!
Tell me something about you.
Here's something about me:
I love chocolate, probably way to much, LOL.
When you start to feel happiness level lowering tap on each point and say out loud: "More joy energy" and feel the joy energy climb.
