Learning something can feel complicated until we get used to it, tapping can seem this way at first. The tapping charts are great but seeing each point with a picture could make this easier. Here’s a new tapping sheet I created for this.

We live in a busy world full of obligations and distractions. Finding time for things we need and want to do is important.
One of the ways I grow is to read. I wanted to read a book but I was busy. I looked on line and they had a short version of it and downloaded it. It feels much more achievable. My hubby has a long work commute and he often listens to audio books during this time. I think these are great ways to fit something like this in.
It’s great to have options. Thinking outside the box to fit things in can open the door for more joy in our lives.

I’d go to the Grand Canyon and take a tour, there are many ways to choose from. A few: sunset tour, train tour and the one with a helicopter ride got my attention.
My hubby has been reading an interesting book. When it's laying around, I read some. He's even put in a book mark for me. It’s called:

Old habits can sneak back in if we aren’t mindful. Lately fear has been creeping in and it can block me from what I want in my life.
I was at an event and the seats we choose didn’t give the leg room I need for my knees. I said to my Hubby we can’t do this again and he said: “we could choose different seats like the row behind us.” Yes, of course we can! I was letting the fear of my knees acting up block my options and I don’t want fear to rule my life. In the end my knees were fine and I’d gladly go to an event there again.
When we focus on the positives in life it can take the blinders off, we can see other options and feel more freedom.
On the other side of boundaries, being mindful of others boundaries is important too.
This quote was a great reminder to focus on what we need & want in our life.
