What is one food you could not live without?
I have two that came up: Chocolate (not surprising) & Chicken
I must admit the last one was puzzling because I do like beef and many other foods.
It can lower and take out emotions that can add to the physical discomfort in the body.
When there is a discomfort (back, neck, arm etc.…) that has previously limited or stopped what a person could do. Then it mildly starts to hurt and nervousness kicks in. Muscles can tense up our mind gets on the hamster wheel and a snow ball effect can start.
Tapping to lower these emotions can lower the flare.
Would you rather have $100,000 in real money or $1,000,000 in Amazon gift cards?

Deep self-limiting beliefs play a big part in low confidence, self-belief and self-esteem.
We have laser focus on many failures and beliefs but what if we challenge them when we hear a negative thought come up.

While on line I found a comment about confidence. Another word that was used for it was self-belief. It’s been on my mind for a while. I knew I wanted to take some time to explore this. Here’s a definition of it:
“Self-belief is that positive feeling you have inside that you are capable of anything. You feel empowered, confident and fueled with virility in the face of challenges and problems.” From a blog on Mindvalley.com called: 5 Positive Things That Can Happen If You Have Self-Belief on January 15, 2018
What if we can cultivate our self-belief and help ourselves move forward on our journey by looking for optimistic evidence to support it.
Let’s look for optimistic evidence and build our self-belief.

It’s International Women’s Day! Let’s remember the strong women that have touched our lives in different ways.
To name a few for my life are:
My Mom who started working in a world that didn’t allow women to wear pants. With time and strong women that changed and she wore slacks with pride every day to work.
The Three Helen's that have touched my life:
My Grandma (Helen) she worked in her husbands pharmacy helping him when needed.
One of my Mom- Friends and a dear friends Mom - Helen who worked in the business world forming the road for other generations of women to succeed in an office, in management and beyond.
Helen McConnell for walking the road before me with tapping and new areas to use it in.
Thank you, ladies, for your strength and inspiration to create my own road and a big shout out to men that were and are open to balance.
Better the balance better the world. #BalanceForBetter

Miracles happen, I witnessed more than one recently.
As some of you know I live in Oregon and it’s often gray and rainy during the winter months. On my birthday I wanted to see some sun, blue sky and the beach. There was rain of course, LOL, and snow, sun and blue sky too. We arrived at the beach just in time to be a part of the eye of a storm.
It was a beautiful birthday with miracles and joys.
