This spoke to me:
“If anyone ever tells you your dreams are silly, remember there's a millionaire walking around that invented the pool noodle.” From Angie Gensler’s 2019 Social Media Content Calendar. Here’s a sneak peak into what I am creating at this time: Tools For Life Change Community
This is going to be a membership for tools and tapping, it’ll have:
Take three deep breaths in and out, say this powerful quote out loud from Louise Hay, I can Do It 2019 Calendar from March 26 three times while tapping on the karate chop point:
“Everyone in my life has something to teach me. We have a purpose in being together.” Wow this spoke to me and I hope it spoke to you too. ![]() Adding in extra steps and people can add joy in our day. Here’s a video about community time and extra steps https://youtu.be/3aGGyFVnI-Q ![]() When I was walking through a difficult life change, I’d call someone to talk with. It was great to reach out and there would be a calm voice or listening ear. Some would suggest a tool to use. It was what I needed at the time. It’s okay to reach out when needed and be there when someone needs you too. Let’s be open to reaching out to others and be available for them, when we can. Sometimes it can feel hard to see the available choices and focus on what ifs and negatives but we decide what our own day is going to be like. Examples: I choose to:
![]() It’s funny we all had reasons for not going the first time to see the author. Looking back on one of the reasons I didn’t go was I had resistance to breaking up into small groups, with strangers and doing some exercises together. This didn’t feel comfortable for me at the time. The funny thing was I had a totally different view of what “groups” were going to really be like. Doing the group exercise was amazing and fun. Let's be open to stepping outside our comfort zone a bit, it can be enlightening and fantastic! Tap and breath in and out deeply on each karate chop point while saying this amazing thought out loud from Louise Hays, March 15, I Can Do It 2019 Calendar:
“I am safe in the world. I am comfortable with change and growth.” ![]() A year or so ago my Honey, a friend and I talked about going to see an author my friend and I enjoyed. My man wasn’t interested at the time and my friend and I decided not to go. Two different times this came up a year later. I realized I was sorry we didn’t go and wasn’t sure if he’d be doing any events in the area again. Then after one of these talks my Hubby checked to see if he was doing events. Not only was he doing them, he was going to be in Portland the coming weekend. We talked about it and purchased our tickets. I let my friend know and she decided to go too. I was glad we were enjoying the event together. I kept asking myself why didn't we do this the first time, then I realized we were in the right place at the right time, in this moment. Let's be open to to the moments and be glad for them. |
