There was this one person that was very nervous about an upcoming interview. She used some information from my website and watched a video for it. This is what she wrote after the interview:

What is one fun event, adventure or special moment you had this weekend?
My adventure was a drive through Portland West Hills. On our way there we stopped by one of our favorite restaurants (Taco House). It was a great meal and a glorious drive!

Wow, time flew by and I realized it was past time to do a writing Wednesday. Pull out your tablet, journal, keypad (or recall) a fun adventure. When I typed the words flew by it reminded me of my indoor skydiving adventure.
Yes that’s me indoor skydiving. I saw a picture of someone else doing this and it went on my bucket list. Shortly after my Honey came into my life I asked if he’d want to do it and he said yes. I was pleased I did and glad to experience it with my guy.
Let’s put our pen to paper and remember an adventure…
When we choose to do something because we want to it comes from the heart.
Let’s remember to check in with our selves before committing, give from the heart and know it is all right to say no when we want to.
Today’s mantra: I choose to have a joy filled day!

Sometimes I need a little interaction with the community and to get out of my home. I can do this by simply taking a walk and greeting people with a cheerful hello or grab a tea at a coffee shop that I enjoy the barista’s at. It can feel good to get out and people seem like they brighten up when greeted kindly.
When you need a bit of interaction choose to get out into the community and greet people. It can add to the joy meter and possibly give others a lift too.
While browsing through Power Thoughts by Louise Hay this affirmation called to me:
"When I find harmony and balance in my mind, I find it in my life."
When our brain is off leash and it needs to dial down, take a few long breaths, tap on the karate chop point and acknowledge what is coming up so we can calm our minds and create more peace and joy in both.
We are in charge of our own happiness...
Let’s create a life full of joy, filled with ample inner peace, love and bliss. I call this "Joyful Life Living."
When the weather is pleasant I want to enjoy it and often having an adventure calls to me.
Let’s go out when the weather is pleasant to take a stroll, meet a friend at a local coffee shop and sit outside, tap while enjoying a beautiful view or find another adventure to add joy to our day.
Laughter can feel great and reduce stress...seek some humor today:

Find some humor on Facebook or other place
Look up a great joke
Let's find somethings to laugh about today.
Tapping can release uncomfortable emotions, lower stress and create room for more joy to come in.
When you’re feeling down about you:
Loving and accepting ourselves as we are is a gift to ourselves.
Let’s give the gift of love and acceptance as we are in this moment.

I had a great adventure with my Honey this morning. We took breakfast and our tea & coffee to the park and enjoyed the view and each others company. We had left overs and we stopped and gave a homeless person the left overs. It was an amazing adventure this morning with a beautiful view.
