Tap on the Karate Chop and say setup statement out loud –
Say this 2 times out loud: Even though my hands close to possibilities, I love and accept myself as I am
Say this 1 time out loud: Even though my hands close to possibilities, I love and accept myself as I am and choose to be open to possibilities
Tap on each round point and say these closed possibilities and take a breath and move to the next round point until you’ve tapped on all of them and said the reminder phrase out loud on each round point

Way to go on tapping!
Do you ever struggle with being open to possibilities?
When I think of being open, I think of open hands facing up. Then I notice my hands turning over and closing at times.
Recently when I went to see a new specialist, I was pleasantly surprised that she had options beyond what I knew about or was told by previous doctor. It gave my hubby and I hope.
Then the closed hands started to reappear but I was determined to see if one was an option and if there’s a wait that’s ok, we are still moving forward. We found out it was possible before the end of the year and the day after we had an appointment about this, I got a call to have it done in two days.
By focusing on possibilities and open hands, things can open up and sometimes happen faster than expected.
