Here’s a chart you can use with non-face round points & hand points. These can be used instead of the face points during this time when touching the face isn’t recommended.

Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap gently on each round point 3 – 5 times while saying out loud the reminder phrases then take a deep breath and move to next round point:

Side of eye- this Coronavirus worry
Under eye- What if I catch it
Under nose- this Coronavirus worry
Tap on Chin & say: can I dial this worry down
Tap on Collar bone point & say - this Coronavirus worry
Tap Under arm point & say: I want to dial this worry down
Take a few deep breaths in and out, continue, tapping round points gently saying the reminder phrases out loud:
