Fill in the blank: I am inspired by________!
From the Social Media Content Calendar Angie Gensler
Over the years I have enjoyed reading the Chicken Soup For The Soul books. At the end of the books they would let people know that you can submit stories on line.
I decided to check it out because I had a story. When I went on their site the topics they were looking for didn’t match but other stories came to me for some of the topics they had up. I wrote up a few and read them to my Honey and made a few changes and I submitted them. Then I did a few more.
Wow three years ago I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing this and I am glad I did. I have some fun stories to share and plan to include a few for my Dad’s father’s day gift. It would be fun and fantastic if one or more of my stories are accepted.
Let’s be bold and go for things we want to do. You never know what will come of it!

Recently I was contacted by a news station about my business and I was nervous to call. I want to help people but going that big felt outside of my comfort zone. I’ve been working with a mentor, Helen McConnell, to release blocks to be bigger. Earlier, when we’d spoke about it I felt I’d be ready if someone called for me to do a presentation about it but some of the resistance was still there. I tapped about it, pulled on my big girl pants and made the call. It felt great move past this resistance.
I know when the next opportunity comes up, I’ll have less inner conflict and make the call!
A few years back I heard about Fiverr. It's a place to purchase different products and services. Many of them are only $5.
Here's my first Fiverr Gig on 3 Keys to Bust Cravings.
Something to think about:
What is one thing you’d like to accomplish this week and what are some steps you can do each day to complete it?
Let’s pursue our goals and aspirations; it can add delight in our day to see progress and overflowing bliss to our lives when we complete them.
If you’d like to learn a practice on craving busting checkout my new product:
When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.
Here’s a short tapping using points on the hand and fingers. This is inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points below marked by lotuses
Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra goal success energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say; extra goal success energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping!

Have you ever had people in your life that wanted to put you in a box of their choice? This is who I expect you to be but it wasn’t you.
I have had this at times in my life and I wanted to break free to be me but what was that? I didn’t know. I am still growing and learning about me and it sure feel great to let go of other people’s box walls and explore me.
Let’s be open to learning and being ourselves.
Let’s trust ourselves and continue moving towards our aspirations (dreams or goals). We can do it!
We can make our day more powerful with a quick Tapping and a great thought on a card from the deck: Life Loves You, by Louise Hay and Robert Holden:
“Life loves me”
Let’s make it more powerful by Tapping on the karate chop point and saying this in the mirror three – five times.
Think about your success(es) small to big this week and celebrate them! It feels great to accomplish something you've wanted to do. Way to go on your successes!
This week I visited a Toastmasters meeting. This is a miracle for me because the only close meeting is at 6:30 a.m. It felt great to go and I think I will be a visitor again and thinking about joining.
Not everyone I talk to wants to reach 90 or 100 but some people do and I’m one of them. I found this interesting article about centenarians and it gives suggestions from some:
What is one or more, small to big, action you feel great about this week?
Let’s celebrate with a pat on the back,a self hug or a happy dance (mine is often in my office chair)! When we take time to acknowledge our success it's energizing.
Sometimes we are so busy we don’t take time to reflect on all the great we did in our week.
Let’s reflect and celebrate our successes for the week small to big!
