Fill in the blank: I am inspired by________!
From the Social Media Content Calendar Angie Gensler
This spoke to me:
“If anyone ever tells you your dreams are silly, remember there's a millionaire walking around that invented the pool noodle.”

Here's a quick way to check in and see signs of needing to drink some water, it’s important… http://www.kdsadventure.com/blog/water

Sometimes we get bad news and negative messages or troubled feelings can come up. Today I felt disappointed and dissatisfied about an outcome. Then I decided to learn from this and I asked myself:
What can I do differently next time to have a better outcome?
I had a few ideas come to me and it took the sting out of the disappointment. I have a plan for next time and it feels good to be prepared.
Let’s remember to be kind to ourselves and seek solutions.
Can you believe it’s almost September! What are some projects you’d like to accomplish by the end of the year? Take some time to:
a. Create a list of them
b. Pick the top three
c. Write down the first three steps, big to small, towards completing the first project
Start working towards accomplishing your end of year projects one small step at a time.
I've wanted to add one point on my hand tapping chart for a while. Today is the day to add the Gamut Point to the hand EFT chart!
It’s about one inch down, between the ring & pinkie (finger) knuckles. See picture to left. It feels great to add this in.
Pick one thing you'd like to do and go for it!
The self-care ideas that you thought or wrote about from Monday pick some and add them to your calendar.
When we put them on the calendar with reminders it can encourage us to do them.
Today we are going to tap on resistance to doing something. We all have it and it’s important to release it then we can move forward on it.
Check in on the number between 0 – 10 and rate it.
Tapping on the karate chop point and say this 2 times: Even though I feel this resistance about _____________(fill in the blank) I love and accept myself
Even though I feel this resistance about _____________(fill in the blank) I choose to release it
Tap on the other points alternating saying these:
I choose to let it go
Take a few deep breaths. Check in on your number and if it is down to 2 or lower your done and if not you can do another round of tapping. By saying: This remaining ___(fill in the number).
When you get your number down 2 or less you can do a round of tapping on more joy, peace or calm if you choose to.
Do you have a goal or area you’d like to grow in but have resistance moving forward with it? Taking steps can feel difficult but when we plan for it and set time aside it can be easier.
If you continue to struggle and would like to book an appointment contact me and let’s partner together to release what’s holding you back from the growth you want.
Let’s celebrate all we did this week - little too big - it all counts!
Way to go!
The year has flown by and I have projects I want to finish still. Some have more priority and others will become 2018 projects. Are there any loose ends you want to finish up before the end of the year? Let’s give ourselves permission to select what we are going to do and choose some steps towards completing them.
It can feel great to pick and choose what really needs to get done and have a plan to move forward on them.
What is one or more, small to big, action you feel great about this week?
Let’s celebrate with a pat on the back,a self hug or a happy dance (mine is often in my office chair)! When we take time to acknowledge our success it's energizing.
Let’s check in with ourselves today and decide what we want to accomplish this week. Now come up with four small, simple, actionable steps towards them.
Today I was reading in the *September 2017 Prevention magazine a great list of food that beats prolonged inflammation. The article Good Food Eat to Beat Inflammation by Perri Ormont Blumberg writes about the long term effects of chronic inflammation and how antioxidants can help with this. Here are my favorite two mentioned foods: "Spinach" & "Pineapple"*.
Let’s take care of our bodies by fueling it well.

When we have goals or actions that we want to feel more successful at having a list can help.
That is why creating a Tapping list so we can scan the list and pick one quickly and easily. This can come in handy and make it easier to keep track of what we want to tap on and what we’ve done.
If we want to drop a few pounds or bring more joy in to our lives we can put them on the list and Tap away the blocks so we can feel more success with our actions and goals.

School will be starting before we know it. I went back to college to update my skills a while back. Somethings that can help with college success are:
Let’s tap into resources when we need them and be open to learn and grow.
When I’ve thought and wrote about my power it was about standing in it with people.
Today I saw this quote “An excuse is nothing but a challenge that you’ve given your power to.” From: You Are A Badass At Making Money, By Jen Sincero. Wow, this was a big aha moment! Standing in my power can be with others and more.
Let’s stand in our power. We are worth it!
