When going through divorce change feels overwhelming and difficult, especially when faced with big changes. Set some time aside:
When we look at the “big Change” start separating each one into smaller ones, it lowers or releases overwhelm and makes change more doable.
At times, it’s been difficult to ask for assistance but I’m learning I have more success when I do.
Be open to asking and accepting assistance when you need it.

Mantra Tapping is a great way to reduce uneasiness.
We all have experienced stress in some way, lets tap to dial it down.
Tapping gently on the karate chop point and say this 3 times:
Even though I feel stressed, I love and accept myself
Tap on round points gently saying this out loud:
Take a few deep breaths in and out and tap on round points gently and alternate saying these reminder phrases out loud:
I want to let it go
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap gently on each round point while saying out loud this reminder phrase:
I choose to let this stress go
Take two deep breaths in and out and check in on your stress level, if still feeling it repeat.

Let’s tap and breathe deeply to add glorious oxygen to our bodies and guilt-free relaxation!
When I need or want to feel more relaxed, I’ve taped on the round points and took a deep breath or two in and out before moving to the next point.
We found a great place to get into nature. Orenco Woods Nature park was a beautiful place to walk, enjoy nature & see some interesting sculptures.
Getting in to nature feels rejuvenating, clears the mind & we can return to work more focused.
Have you ever had killer nerves? I was going in for day surgery and I was concerned about going under. It took a long time for me to wake up before. I was seeing a hypnotherapist at the time and he plugged in a phrase for others to say to me for calming. My Mom friend used it before and after surgery. I went under and woke up easier and I felt calmer. I was glad to have someone there open to doing this for me. Years later, I still have the phrase up for me to see. When I feel nervous, I can tap, say the phrase out loud or in my head and it still feels calming. When experinancing killer nerves:
One morning a cute cat plopped down in front of me like a purring speed bump and I couldn’t resist a pet or three. This brought a smile to my face and a feeling of appreciation for this moment of joy.
Let’s be open to those moments of bliss in our lives.

Sometimes days can feel long, find some time to pencil in a short rest or relaxation time.

Have you ever felt stressed about finances? Recently I woke up feeling that way.
The stress felt strong and I decided to do some tapping on it. My stress dialed down and I went about my day. During the afternoon I was checking in on my stress and was amazed at how much peace I felt compared to when I woke up.
The next day I woke up in a better space. I am glad I have tapping to help dial down my stress and bothersome emotions. It makes room for more peace and joy in my life.
