Today I was reading in the *September 2017 Prevention magazine a great list of food that beats prolonged inflammation. The article Good Food Eat to Beat Inflammation by Perri Ormont Blumberg writes about the long term effects of chronic inflammation and how antioxidants can help with this. Here are my favorite two mentioned foods: "Spinach" & "Pineapple"*.
