The other day I was writing up notes for an upcoming group. They wanted me to do something on clutter.
When I was writing about this some unexpected anger came up around how I’d been treated by another. I realized I needed to release some anger and forgive the other person. Sometimes our expectations of clutter or something else doesn’t match another’s and it’s better to let anger go since it hurts us more carrying it around.
Let’s honor where we are at, release anger and forgive others (when we can).
