A while ago I ran across Mindful Living Card Deck by Elisha Goldstein, PhD, with 56 Practices in it. When it arrived, I looked through them but wasn’t sure how I was going to use them in my life.
In January it came to me to pick one a week each week and implement something from the card. Today’s card was titled: Fun with Impermanence and the words that stood out for me was “Practice the art of letting go.”
This spoke to me. I often want to hold on to things I don’t need. This week I am going to release at least one thing.
