Thanksgiving is coming and sometimes it can be stressful so let’s Tap on it and dial it down:
Check in with yourself and rate Thanksgiving stress between 0 – 10. Tap on Karate chop Point and say this three times:

Top of head This Thanksgiving stress
Eye brow – Feeling tense
Side of eye – This stress at a ____ (fill in your rate #)
Under eye - I want to dial it down
Under nose – This Thanksgiving stress
Chin – I am letting it go
Collar bone - I feel is draining from my body
Under the arm – calm is flowing in and I feel inner peace
Take some deep breaths, drink some water and check in on your #. If it is a 3 or higher do another round.
