Tapping on unsettled feelings (you can plug in a different feeling or event). We haven’t tapped Gary Craig style in a while so here we go!
Check in on your # between 0-10
Tap on karate chop point and say 3 x’s - Even though I have this unsettled feeling I love and accept myself as I am
Tap on top of head and say
These unsettled feeling at a __3__ (put your number in)
Tap Inner eyebrow point and say –
I want to release it
Alternate the reminder phrases through all points
Breathe deeply 2 times and check your number if a 2 or more tap all points starting at top of head, say – this remaining __(fill in your number) until it’s dialed down to 2 or less
