Take a breath in and out, Tap on side of hand - Karate chop point and say setup statement out loud – 2 times:
Even though I have a new normal, I love and accept myself as I am
Say this 1 time out loud:
Even though I have a new normal, I love and accept myself as I am and choose to be kind to myself with this new normal
Tap on each round point and say this new normal and take a breath and move to the next round point until you’ve tapped on all of them and said the reminder phrase out loud on each round point
Now alternate between phrases below while tapping on each round point. Remember to take a breath in and out before moving to the next point, tap on the top of the head and say out loud the first reminder phrase, take a breath, move to inner eye brow, tap on it and say second reminder phrase. Continue alternating phrases and tapping through all the round points:
Choosing to be kind to myself with this new normal
Take a few deep breathes. If you feel the need to do more rounds of tapping repeat until you feel better.
