What is your acceptance of self-acceptance number, choose between: -7 to +7 & beyond
Take two deep breaths and say: I want more self-acceptance energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say: More self-acceptance energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point take a few deep breaths and check your number repeat this until your number is a plus number.
