Here’s a quick way to get some tapping in our day. See points above marked by lotuses.
Take three deep breaths and say I want more _______(fill in the blank) energy
Start tapping on thumb point and say more _____(fill in the blank) energy
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths.
Way to go on tapping!
