Tapping is a simple technique that has been used to ease upset emotions around life events. We use our fingertips to tap on specific acupuncture meridian points while saying out loud what is bugging us (it can be an emotion, event or something else). This can feel relaxing when we release the upset emotions and can let us be open to more optimistic emotions like confidence, calm and joy.
Listed below are some of the issues I have tapped about and eased emotions around with myself and others:
